I’m Posido Vega — bassist, educator, and creator of Music Phrase Pyramids. I build tools, ideas, and practice systems that help musicians close the gap between what they hear and what they can play. My work is centered around one core idea: musical fluency isn’t about knowing more — it’s about how quickly you can access a sound. I’m still working through this myself, and everything I share comes directly from that process.
