For the longest time, I believed the bottleneck in my content workflow was time.
But it turns out, it was energy.
Energy to ideate. Energy to write in my own tone. Energy to stay consistent. Especially as a multi-passionate creative juggling parenting, music, chess, and a dozen evolving ideas.
When AI tools like ChatGPT hit the scene, I saw an opportunity:
What if I could offload some of that energy strain to AI—without sacrificing the soul of what I wanted to say?
So I experimented.
I systemized.
And eventually, I built Ayumio: a prompt-based content system that helps creators generate emotionally resonant ideas using any AI tool.
This post is the story of how it came to be—a growing, behind-the-scenes log of what I’m building, what I’m learning, and what I wish I had from the start.
The Spark: When AI “Worked” But Still Felt Wrong
A few years ago, I started using ChatGPT to write SEO-optimized blog posts for bass players. I wasn’t winging it—I was strategic. I asked it to use clean header structures, short paragraphs, lists, tables, block quotes, FAQs, optimized slugs, meta titles, meta descriptions… the whole content playbook.
And it worked. The posts ranked fast.
The SEO was tight.
The structure was clean.
But something was missing.
The content was technically excellent, but emotionally lifeless, and read like a how-to manual from a dentist’s office.
No rhythm. No voice. No resonance.
That was the moment I realized:
AI doesn’t struggle with structure. It struggles with emotion.
It wasn’t until I started thinking in terms of emotional targeting—not just informational delivery—that things started to click.
I Needed A System, Not Just A Prompt
I started experimenting with ways to add more humanity back into AI-generated content. What would happen if I gave the AI more context? More audience awareness? A clearer tone of voice?
That led me to the concept of Personas.
I realized that if I could teach the AI who we were trying to speak to—and what emotional tone we needed to strike—it could generate content that didn’t just inform, but connect.
The first goal was simple:
Build a mega-prompt that actually generated emotionally resonant content.
Once that worked, the next question was:
How do I make this repeatable—not just for me, but for other creators too?
That’s when Ayumio was born.
Building Ayumio From Scratch (With a Lot of Copy-Paste and Coffee)
I’m not a full-time software engineer. But I knew enough to get started—and AI tools helped me move faster than I ever thought possible.
I started by building the Persona system. I wanted it to feel frictionless. Users should be able to create, edit, and manage dozens of Personas without getting lost.
Then I built the Frameworks library—a curated collection of over 150 high-performing hook and caption formats, inspired by real-world content I saw performing well on my feed. I had been keeping them in a Google Sheet, and now they had a home.
The final step was the Prompt Generator:
You choose a Persona, a Framework, and a Platform—then Ayumio generates a mega-prompt designed to be copy-pasted into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI tool.
That mega-prompt includes:
- The emotional tone of your Persona
- The structural blueprint of the chosen Framework
- Platform-specific guidance for tailoring your content
The result? You get content ideas that already feel aligned—with you and with your audience.
The Real Problem AI Wasn’t Solving
Most AI tools generate content that checks boxes. But they don’t connect.
What nagged at me over and over again was the absence of empathy in the output. Even when I asked for a friendly or casual tone, the content still sounded like it was talking at me, not to me.
That’s what I mean by emotional resonance:
Content that feels like it’s speaking to one person—on a deep emotional level.
Ayumio exists to give you that starting point.
Not to replace your voice, but to reflect it back to you—and help you say what you actually mean faster.

Creation Isn’t Just About Output—It’s About Flow
As a parent, as a musician, as someone with multiple creative callings—I needed a tool that supported low-energy weeks just as much as high-output ones.
I didn’t want to stare at a blank screen anymore wondering,“What do I say?”
Ayumio helps eliminate that gap between ideation and creation. You can go from concept → Persona → prompt → draft in minutes.
Whether you’re scripting a video, writing a post, or planning a carousel—Ayumio gives you momentum without asking you to compromise your message.

Reuse Is a Superpower
The more I created with Ayumio, the more I realized:
One good idea is worth five posts.
That’s why I created prompts that help you repurpose a single idea across multiple platforms—from a Reel hook to a blog post to an email and even SEO metadata.
It’s not just about speed. It’s about resonance and reuse.

The Challenges You Don’t See
There were moments where I wanted to walk away—pick up my bass, play some chess, go sketch ideas for my children’s book.
But I kept coming back to this vision.
I needed this tool for myself. So I kept going.
The hardest parts weren’t even AI-related—they were software architecture issues. I had to learn to write cleaner code, modularize components, and keep things dry (Don’t Repeat Yourself). Refactoring became a survival skill.
I’m still learning. Still building. Still refining.
What Ayumio Looks Like Today
Here’s what you can do right now:
- Create and manage Personas using the DEEP framework (Describe, Emotions, End Goal, Pain Point)
- Browse a curated library of 150+ high-performing Frameworks
- Generate platform-specific prompts based on your Persona and chosen Framework
- Copy and paste the result into any AI tool to generate aligned content
The UX is minimalist. The mobile experience is snappy. The goal is frictionless flow.
What’s Still Evolving
I want to remove even more friction.
Eventually, Ayumio will act as a wrapper for your favorite AI tools, so you never have to copy and paste again. You’ll just hit “Generate” and get tailored content inside your flow.
When that happens—when creators stop thinking about using Ayumio and just use it—that’s when I’ll know it’s everything I dreamed it could be.
A Final Word to Creators
If you’re a multi-passionate creative like me…
If your energy is your most precious resource…
If you’re tired of content tools that push you toward soulless output…
Build the tool you wish existed.
Or use mine.
Ayumio was built out of creative exhaustion—and stubborn clarity.
It’s for those of us who still believe in human connection.
Who know what we want to say, but sometimes just need help saying it faster.
